  • Blue Mount Alkaline RO models have a 4-Stage Purification System which ensures you get water that is of its purest form while maintaining its health benefits and taste intact.
  • In the first stage, the water passes through the Sediment Filter removes fine and coarse particulate impurities/dirt.
  • The second stage is the Pre-RO Carbon Filter that removes chlorine and organic impurities like harmful pesticides. It also adsorbs bad taste and odour-causing organic compounds from water.
  • Then the water passes through the Alkaline RO Membrane at high pressure, with the help of an inbuilt pump. The RO Membrane removes dissolved salts, hardness, pesticides and heavy metals like arsenic, lead and mercury. It also removes microbial contaminants like bacteria, virus, protozoa and parasites.
  • Finally, after the Alkaline RO Membrane, the water passes through pH filter which maintains the pH level as well as minerals essential for human body.
  • These filters come equipped with an easy to understand LED display to know if any filter has gone faulty or needs replacement.

UV technology uses utilizes UV light energy to deactivate any microbial contamination in water by altering their DNA structure and making them unable to reproduce and cause diseases. Our UV technology water purifiers are also a 4 stage process which uses UV along with other filters and mechanisms to provide 100% safe water.

Blue Mount UF technology utilized Ultra Filter Hollow fibre membranes having pore size 0.01 to 0.1µ. It is effective in the removal of colloids, proteins, bacteria, viruses and other organic molecules larger than 0.01µ. We also combine sediment cartridge, which filters suspended impurities like fine sand and clay from the water, activated carbon cartridge and silver impregnated carbon removing all chemical impurities like chlorine, as well as colour and odour from the water.

Gravity technology is an advanced purification system for basic water purification. This contains non-electric activated carbon+ sediment cloth + pH filter+ sediments cartridge + mineral membrane. The water is filtered from suspended and chemical impurities, sediments and microbes to a certain level. This does not use any chemicals to purify your water and yet ensures it’s safe and healthy for consumption.

You need to call the Blue Mount Helpline and order for the required component. Our technician will visit your place, inspect and replace the component at a nominal cost.

After your Blue Mount purifier is installed or whenever the filter is replaced, always discard the first cycle of water (10 litres) that is filled in the storage tank and only after that consume water. You may use the discarded water for gardening or cleaning purposes.

  • In case you cannot dispense water from the tap, then you need to first check whether the power supply is on.
  • In Blue Mount Alkaline RO models if it is on, then check if there are any fault indicators illuminated or thr Call CallCenter Number indicator is illuminated. If none of these lights are illuminated on the Digital Display Panel (in alkaline RO technology models), then check if the Ball Valve is closed. If none of these cases are true, then please call Blue Mount Helpline for assistance.

It is not recommended to open and service device by an individual. Call our Blue Mount Helpline if you face any issue which requires servicing and opening the device. It is advisable to get the purifier serviced every 3 months.

Blue Mount water purifiers will purify “potable” water for removal of hardness and other impurities to give you safe drinking water. If the input water has impurities which are normally not present in drinking water such as high iron/turbidity/ microbial contamination etc. or water is from unknown source (river/lake/pond etc.) then suitable pre-treatments may be required.

It is not recommended to use the rejected water of the purifier for any kind of consumption (drinking or cooking). It can probably be used for gardening or cleaning floors.

Please call the Blue Mount Helpline. We will guide you on the repairs required. You may need to buy the replacement parts from us at a nominal additional cost. Always use Blue Mount Original components to ensure best use of your purifier.

Turn off the ball valve and switch off the power, if you find any failure. Check for any visually improper fitments and then call our Blue Mount Helpline and register a service request. If there is excessive leakage then it is advisable to stop the water inlet to avoid water wastage.

You can use stored water for 2 days. If it has not been in use for more than 2 days we advise you to discard that water, refill and then consume.

  • Blue Mount alkaline RO models has a Digital Display System that will indicate the filter life and uses. the error icon woll prompt you to call the Blue Mount helpline to get the required filter changed.
  • In the rest of the models you may get in touch with our technicians or call the helpline number to assist you. It is advisable to change the filter in every 500 liters or 1 year of cunsumption. Always use Blue Mount Original components to ensure best use of your purifier.
  • In case any red light in Display Panel illuminates, the purification process will stop, until the fault is fixed. But, you will be able to dispense out the water available in the storage tank.
  • Will the Display Panel in Alkaline RO models indicate any leakage complaints?
  • Yes. It indicates key electrical and body faults. If you find any leakage please call us on Blue Mount helpline.
  • We recommend cleaning dry or wet wiping by soft cloth. Do not spray water on the LED display system. Do not use soap or hard cleaning detergents.

For Alkaline RO and UV models if there is no electricity, you will not be able to dispense water from the device, since Blue Mount Elite models has an electronically operated water dispensing mechanism. In Gravity and UF technology purifiers, you do not need electricity to dispense water as they are non-electric water purifiers.

1 year of Free Support

Every Blue Mount Purifier comes with one year of free repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 4 onsite servicing of complimentary support. you can extend the warranty with our Blue Mount Care+ to extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your purifier and adds up to 8 onsite servicing coverage, this subject to a nominal service fee plus applicable tax.

1 year warranty

Blue Mount purifier comes with limited one year warranty. It covers one time installation of the purifier at your doorstep and repair coverage of purifier parts for one year from the date of purchase.
